Vintage 2-3/8" Swiss Stretch Trim.
Black Back is Very Soft and Velvet-like with Gold Threads Running Vertically in Front. This is Not Elastic.
The Elasiticity Appears to Have Been Created by Fine Ribbing Fabric Joined Together with a Woven Edge and Sewn Horizontal Lines. Extremely Nice Trim. It Does Not Stretch like Elastic.
