Vintage 3" (76 mm) Satin Bengaline Faille Ribbon Trim

Faille is a wonderful and durable woven edged trim. Satin faille trim appears as a flat ribbed pattern on one side and soft and shiny satin finished on the other side. Faille is not grosgrain but both has a ribbing pattern. Bengaline is a heavier faille. The grosgrain ribs are further apart; whereas, faille has close finer flat ribbing. Can be used for apparel, draperies, home decor, and women accessories.

Composition: Cotton Rayon. There are tiny specks that appear to be part of the manufacturing process
