  Important Product Information

It is important to understand that color variations may be perceived differently for each individual monitor; therefore, we will not guarantee that the color will be displayed accurately.   We are not responsible for dye lot variability, wash ability, colorfastness and shrinkage.  We state whatever information is available and are not responsible for the provided information.  We describe and provide up to three (3) pictures of our trims in order to represent our products as accurately as possible. What is returnable?

Any merchandise that can be sold by the piece; such as frogs, ribbons and notions put up by the yard, and whole bolts of ribbon can be returned within seven working days (7) days of receipt provided that they are in the original packaging and is undamaged.  Any item cut to a specific length is not returnable or refundable.  Please contact us within three (3) working days for a return authorization number.  A returned authorization number is required and merchandise received without a return authorization will not be accepted. No COD (Cash ON Delivery will be given). Shipping costs are not refundable except if we have made an error.  All merchandise will be inspected prior to shipping.  If the item is returned, the merchandise will be inspected for damage and a credit will be issued to your credit card or a refund check will be sent to you. 

What is the minimum order possible?

There is no minimum purchase for domestic purchases, but a minimum order of $15.00 is necessary for international buys.

What is not returnable?

Any merchandise cut to your specifications is not returnable.
