      What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, personal checks or money order.  Personal checks must clear first prior to shipping.

 

Is there a sales tax?

We charge 6% sales tax for PA residents only.  
 
What are your shipping methods and cost?
We will ship by USPS (United States Postal Service) or Fedex Ground.  All shipments have delivery confirmation and insurance is included for purchases over $30.00.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.  Shipping is done through the United States Post Office.  There is a minimum purchase of $15.00.  We will work with you to keep the international rate as low as possible.

Is there a shipping and handling fee?
We try our best to keep the cost of shipping as fair as possible.

 

Return Policy

  Important Product Information

 

It is important to understand that color variations may be perceived differently for each individual monitor; therefore, we will not guarantee that the color will be displayed accurately.   We are not responsible for dye lot variability, wash ability, colorfastness and shrinkage.  We state whatever information is available and are not responsible for the provided information.  We describe and provide up to three (3) pictures of our trims in order to represent our products as accurately as possible. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

What is returnable?

Any merchandise that can be sold by the piece; such as frogs, ribbons and notions put up by the yard, and whole bolts of ribbon can be returned within seven working days (7) days of receipt provided that they are in the original packaging and is undamaged.  Any item cut to a specific length is not returnable or refundable.  Please contact us within three (3) working days for a return authorization number.  A returned authorization number is required and merchandise received without a return authorization will not be accepted. No COD (Cash ON Delivery will be given). Shipping costs are not refundable except if we have made an error.  All merchandise will be inspected prior to shipping.  If the item is returned, the merchandise will be inspected for damage and a credit will be issued to your credit card or a refund check will be sent to you. 

What is the minimum order possible?

There is no minimum purchase for domestic purchases, but a minimum order of $15.00 is necessary for international buys.

 

What is not returnable?

Any merchandise cut to your specifications is not returnable. 
 

How can we help to make a transaction work?

We encourage you to send a swatch and specify your needs; such as, color matching, shade requirements, size, width, etc.  All questions and comments are welcome by phone or email.

 

Is a catalogue available?

We do not have a printed catalogue.  Our website will provide an accurate representation of the products available.  Please check our website for updates and upcoming features. Prices and availability are subject to change.

 

Can we purchase samples?

Many of our items are limited and can not be sampled.  Some items can be sampled; therefore, please email or call us.

 

Emails

Emails are used to process orders and for correspondence only.  Upon completion of your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation.  We then will send a second confirmation stating your items purchased with shipping costs.
